I spent a ridiculous amount of time editing -- I was very frustrated, as I could have written my own resume in less time than I spent editing his work.
I finally gave up and stopped responding, as the work was so below the level of what I should have received. In the end the client promised and agreed to remove the review. It seems that the owner farms the actual writing of the resume out. The contractor ClearPoint HCO hired was slow and unresponsive.
